A new joint was developed by FOMAT with the following targets:

Safety.
Possible compensation for roll change.
Avoiding un-threading effect.
Eliminating the possibility of short-circuit.

All this considerations brought to life our FROOND joint.
FOMAT steam joints are the only systems available that allow application for all types of corrugators, whether peripheral, RVL or siphon type.
This standardisation offers simplified spare parts maintenance, improved durability and stable operation.
